We want to hear from you!

We are eager to learn from your experiences as a participant in one of the programs developed through the Advanced Manufacturing, Mechatronics, and Quality Consortium (AMMQC) and funded through the U.S. Department of Labor. This brief web-based survey will ask you to share information about your educational and work experiences, and your career interests and goals.  We will also ask for your suggestions about how the program could be improved. Your feedback will be very valuable in helping AMMQC improve the student experience!

This survey is being carried out by the Social & Economic Sciences Research Center (SESRC) at Washington State University. The survey is completely voluntary, and the results will be held confidential by SESRC and Social Policy Research Associates (SPR), the third-party evaluator selected by the Consortium to carry out this research.  No identifiable data will be shared with any organization outside of SESRC and SPR. This short web survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete.

For questions about the survey and about the AMMQC evaluation, please contact Marian Negoita, SPRA Evaluation Manager, at marian_negoita@spra.com.

Thank you for contributing your valuable input about AMMQC.
