Puget Sound Residential Shoreline Managers Survey
For Puget Sound residents, shoreline management is vital. Natural and human factors shape shorelines over time or abruptly. To address these challenges, WDFW and Washington State University are asking property owners for information and views to help us develop more effective shoreline management programs, helping residents preserve the unique features of their shorelines while maintaining ecological balance.
Your household is one of several thousand across the Puget Sound region randomly selected to participate in this research. Your participation is voluntary, and we will keep your responses completely confidential. We will not associate any personally identifiable information with your responses in any reports of the data we produce.
If you have any questions about the study, please contact WSU Project Manager, Thom Allen, at the Social and Economic Sciences Research Center at Washington State University toll-free at 1-800-833-0867 or email ted@wsu.edu.
While the survey can be completed on a smartphone, we recommend using a computer or tablet for the best experience.
